Schedule/Taking a Class: 

Please sign in with front desk before entering a class.  See our class schedule for class dates & times.  You may register to save a spot in a class or to be placed on a waiting list via our website schedule. Monthly memberships are based on unlimited monthly classes provided the class is not full & this policy is subject to change based on enrollment.  We cannot guarantee a space/spot will be available in all classes.  Class schedules are subject to change.  Refunds will not be issued for cancelled classes. 

 Late Attendance to Classes:

All members should try to arrive prior to the commencement of all classes. However, a member may enter a class after the start time as long as they are not disruptive to the ongoing class. If you arrive late, we ask that you be respectful to others & find a place in the back of the studio.  If you see available space somewhere else, ask those around the space if you may take that spot in between songs only.  Re:YOU Dance Fitness reserves the right to refuse participation in a class for late attendance based on class format & size.

 Re:YOU Fitness Studio Rules:

  • Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times.

  • Proper workout attire and footwear are required.

  • Please be respectful to other.  We encourage all members to practice kindness at all times.

  • Please do not touch other’s personal property that does not belong to you.

Personal Property:

Re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Photography & Video:

All members, unless specifically requesting not to do so in writing, authorize re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC & its employees from time to time, without further notice or permission and without payment of any kind to photograph, videotape, and audiotape them for advertising, promotional or instructional purposes.  Members/Clients may NOT take video on the premises without proper authorization of re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC.

Information & Collections:

Re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC collects personal information when you send or provide us an email, register online, or fill out forms at the studio.  None of the information we collect from you is given, sold, or traded to any other companies, advertisers, or persons. All information remains secure and is used for future communications with you, including special announcements, promotions, events, and information requested from re:YOU Dance Fitness. 

 Medical Clearance:

It is strongly recommended that all members acquire clearance from their personal physician before beginning an exercise program. The member warrants and represents that the member or any family member or guest entitled to use the facilities of the re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC has no disability, impairment, or ailment preventing him/her from engaging in active or passive exercise, or that will be detrimental or adverse to such person’s health, safety, or physical condition if he/she does so engage or participate. The Member acknowledges and agrees that: 1) re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC will rely on the foregoing warranty in issuing the Membership; 2) re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC shall have no obligation to perform a fitness assessment or similar testing to determine the Member’s physical condition; 3) each member assumes full responsibility for any risks (known or unknown) related to dance & fitness training during a re:YOU Dance Fitness class(es) and/or while using their facility.   Each member and guest should be aware of his/her medical history and should consult with a physician prior to engaging in exercise or continuing to exercise if a medical condition appears or appears to be developing.

If you have any medical conditions or recurring injuries we should be aware of, please let the front desk or your instructor know prior to taking a class.


Member Terms & Conditions

Fees and Dues: 

All membership fees are subject to change after commitment period.  To establish membership, member agrees to complete a membership application. Re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC accepts cash and credit/debit cards. To take advantage of auto-pay monthly discounts, a valid credit/debit card must be on file with re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC. All memberships are continuous as long as member meets the terms of the membership agreement. Monthly dues will be collected electronically on your scheduled day of the month from a predesignated account, unless previously paid by other means. In the event re:YOU is unable to collect payment electronically, the member will be notified and payment must be made immediately by other means in order to maintain membership privileges. Re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC dues must be current at all times or fitness membership may be suspended or terminated. Any balances which are 30 days past due are subject to a $25 monthly service fee.

 

Cancellation Terms:  

Members have the right to cancel this contract within three (2) business days after membership purchase, with a full refund minus $20 service fee. Cancellation must be in writing and delivered to re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC.  Month-to-month memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled by the member before the new cycle. All current charges must be paid prior to cancellation. Prepaid memberships (punch cards) are not refundable, but expiration date can be extended if member provides written doctor’s order declaring that significant physical disability prohibits participation for period more than two months.

 

Suspension/Termination of Membership by Management:

Re:YOU Dance Fitness, LLC has the right to suspend and/or terminate any membership for non-payment of dues or fees, or for behavior detrimental to the enjoyment of the re:YOU Dance Fitness by other members and/or staff for any reason deemed sufficient in the sole discretion of re:YOU management. 

Hold Policy:

For a maximum of 2 months, any member may put their membership on hold for a fee of $10. If participation is prevented for medical reasons, fee will be waived. Membership will automatically resume after stated amount of time. A membership can be put on hold only once annually.
