This ballet inspired workout will help YOU build stronger, leaner, and longer muscles. It might be a low impact workout, but it packs a large punch for your muscles, flexibility, balance, and range of motion. We will use center barre ballet moves such as plies to tone our lower bodies with high reps & small range of motion. This is a full body workout with an emphasis on toning your core, legs, & glutes.
