reCHARGE Cardio Dance: Learn how to dance while getting in a great workout. YOU will never get bored with this follow along non-stop cardio dance class that gets those endorphins flowing and that heart pumping for a sweat drenched dance party (and full body stretch) choreographed by our instructors to your favorite pop songs.

    LaBlast® Dance Fitness: Created by Dancing with the Stars' Louis van Amstel, LaBlast Fitness is the perfect balance between dance and fitness. The workout is in disguise while you learn dances like Disco, Cha Cha, Salsa, Jive, Paso Doble, Samba, and many more. No partner required! Music used from any genre or era. Are you ready to have a blast? Let's LaBlast!

      WERQ® Dance Fitness: Join Kylee for the wildly addictive cardio dance class, WERQ! WERQ (pronounced “work”) is the fiercely fun dance fitness workout based on pop and hip hop music created by one of KC's own.  Wear workout clothes and gym shoes to this hard-to-find ultimate fitness experience. Expect to SWEAT and burn around 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ! Our classes are in a fun & friendly, low-pressure environment & all dance and fitness abilities are welcome. You don't have to have any dance background to WERQ it. Are YOU ready to WERQ?

      ZUMBA® is a “total workout, combining all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, & boosted energy.”  Low intensity & high intensity moves are mixed to help you burn serious calories.  There’s many Zumba® options, but Rachel’s fun, caring spirit puts a smile on your face & she breaks down the moves, so beginners can catch on quickly.  She keeps her playlist fresh with many of today’s top hits.  It’s a party with health benefits. Whether you are a Zumba® pro or have never tried Zumba® before, this class is ideal for YOU. Rachel’s Zumba® class is perfect for ALL ages & EVERY body!

        U-Jam Fitness®: U-Jam Fitness® is an athletic urban dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat -- all while having FUN! Besides making exercising fun, U-Jam believes that dance should be approachable and easy-to-follow, no matter what level you are!

        U-Jam Fitness® is a program for all ages and fitness levels. We invite you to check out a class for yourself and you'll see every student have a great time while working up a sweat. You will be addicted after your first class.

        reShape Strength Training:

        This ultimate dance class is a combination of high impact cardio dance moves with slower weight training.  Strength training is a key component to burning fat and fighting the clock.  Our total body dance format makes the minutes fly by and keeps YOU coming back for more, which equals results.  YOU will burn calories long after this class is finished. Now, that’s reWARDing for YOU!

        Join us for this self-emPOWERment session that will help YOU become the best YOU can be.  YOU are gonna need a towel and plenty of water for this one.

      Line Dance: Learn how to line dance to many different genres of music. It's not just country!  Line dancing is a great way to exercise your mind & your body.

      reSHAPE Ballet Toning and Flexibility: Full body workout based on cardio, strength and flexibility designed to strengthen every muscle group in the body.  Based on Ballet, the class will use Center Barre and Conditioning techniques all choreographed to the music.

Adult HipHop Fundamentals: Bobby Ray teaches the skill of dance and personalized choreography with influences of HipHop and other styles. Learn fundamental dance techniques, isolations, contractions, transferring the weight by working first on the mechanics and then the illusion.

    Beginner Adult Tap: Whether you have taken tap classes in the past or never thought you would have the opportunity, this class is designed for beginner & intermediate levels. Learn tap steps, combinations, and fun choreography! Tap makes your feet and your mind happy!

    Beginner Broadway Heels: Learn how to move with confidence in heels, improve your balance, & use classic lines in dances. You will learn fun, sassy, and classy choreography. No prior dance experience is needed. Recommended shoes are character or ballroom heels (approx. 2-3"), but you can wear your sneakers if you prefer.
