Join the re:YOU Warrior Tribe for the *2018 Healthy Holidays Challenge. Most people gain 1-5 pounds over the holiday season & 51% of annual weight gain comes from holiday weight gain. Yikes! BUT it doesn’t have to be that way & that’s where re:YOU comes in. We want to help YOU not only avoid the dreaded holiday weight gain, but we want to help motivate YOU spring board into 2019. Therefore, we are offering a FREE a 5-week challenge to encourage & support YOU to focus on 3 simple strategies during this hectic time: 1) making time 2) moving more 3) choosing & savoring your food. This *Tis the Season to be Healthy & Jolly challenge will be about working together in a fun way to continue healthy habits throughout the holidays, so we MAINTAIN, NOT GAIN as we enter 2019.

Santa Baby Heels & Cocktails

Come & learn how to dance with style in heels. Jacky will teach YOU how to move with confidence in heels, improve your balance, & use classic lines in dances. YOU will learn fun, sassy, classy choreography to "Santa Baby", then we will socialize over some refreshments. No prior dance experience is needed. Recommended shoes are character or ballroom heels (approx. 2-3"), but you can wear your sneakers if you prefer. The cost is $5 or 2 for $8 if you bring a friend. This class is free to all re:YOU members & punch cards can be used.

Join us at the studio on Friday, Nov 23rd at 1:00pm for a serious Black Friday BURN OFF with LaBlast®, reCharge, & WERQ®. Monster Mash Cardio Dance Party

We are going to combine Halloween fun & dance fitness for this year’s Monster Mash Party. This will be a combination cardio dance party with reCharge & LaBlast. Fun is the only rule! Life is meant to be celebrated & on Oct 30th we plan to celebrate YOU!

Following the class, we will have adult brews to kick off All Hallow’s Eve. Who said Halloween is just for kids?

Haunted Heels & Hip Hop Workshop

Bobby Ray and Jacky are brewing a special treat for you this Halloween! Learn original choreography to “Spooky” and Michael Jackson's “Thriller”. All are welcome to attend, but basic dance experience is recommend for this event. For those brave souls there will be an optional video shoot following the lesson.

FREE for re:YOU Members! Door Price is $10. (Punch cards may be used).


(Recommended shoes for the heels portion are character or ballroom heels (approx. 2-3"), but not required. For the hip-hop class, just wear what shoes you would typically wear to work out. )
